Regene earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Spelman College and holds a master’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis on marketing, from Mills College.

She has provided day-to-day implementation and client support for the Alameda County Health Department, California Transplant Donor Network, Ogilvy PR/Covered California and Lincoln Child Center. Regene has also managed programs for Center for Elders’ Independence, Deloitte Consulting, Kaiser Permanente, and Sutter Health, as well as been part of the Marketing teams at PacifiCare and Health Net.
