Jim Nieters has been helping Bay Area Hyperbarics for many years, and has been fully involved since October, 2022. With over twenty years of experience in operations and team leadership, Jim brings a patient-first perspective to everything he does.
Jim graduated with his BA in Psychology at UC Davis and worked in tech for 25 years. Throughout his career, Jim has helped balance operational excellence with sustainable growth, balancing financial success with service quality. His approach to healthcare leadership centers on collaboration and continuous learning. He works closely with providers and support staff to implement best practices and maintain the highest safety standards.
Jim is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and strengthening healthcare access in our community. He works alongside our team of healthcare professionals to ensure every patient receives compassionate, evidence-based care. Jim is honored to serve our community and support patients on their path to recovery through hyperbaric medicine.
